Chronicles 4 Spoiler Thread

Yeah which is why I feel it’s valid and not a declaration of war for Genn to go after her. He at least went for her directly and not civilians.

That’s also part of the problem they don’t have the guts to do a real Alliance civil war story. Or even have the Alliance disagree with one another.

It’s always the same, the Horde is divided, the Alliance is united.

It’s the main reason I hate the alliance soo much. Besides the fact they neutered my fav alliance race, it’s also the fact that the alliance acts like this monolithic hive mind that can’t think for itself beyond Must maintain moral purity at any cost

Genn swore an oath to not ever do that. And of course nobody cares when he breaks it even when it ends up getting his other benefactor’s city burned down.

This angle sucks, Garrosh forced her to go to war to begin with and told her to do it in a way meant to get the forsaken killed off.

There was nothing good about him ordering no plague be used, and she didn’t just do it because of cackling evilness.

There are a lot of other tidbits to be found throught the book. I don’t want to spoil anything else and risk getting in trouble. There’s a lot of interesting lore tidbits and there are some slight retcons. It will get people talking. I can’t wait for it to come out so we can talk about it more openly.

Nothing on monks or monk characters? Sad day.

There’s not enough time to focus on asides like that it just has time to talk about main story points of each expansion. It’s much larger than the other volumes. It has a lot to cover. The MoP chapters do touch upon Houjin philosophy and the Wandering Isle. Exploring Pandaria has a lot of monk content, more than this.

It’s clear that Garrosh doesn’t like and trust the Forsaken, but the rest of the Horde doesn’t trust the undead either. Ultimately it was war in which you logically try to gain the upper hand against the opposing faction. Don’t forget that Orc reinforcements also came to help.

Yeah but I see it like this, if it were my kid, I’m not sure I could hold that promise either. I feel he at least went after the person directly responsible.

I’m very interested. I can’t wait for Nobbel to spill all of the beans.

What about the art? Any notable new art pieces? Mia evacuating the tree was nice.

Then he should have stepped down like Varian wanted initially.

Varian had a very solid reason to distrust Genn, and Genn lying about being a changed man and willing to be a team player just makes him even worse.

Im excited to see/hear more!

If you are willing to give the information I habe a question. In the description it says it includes somw family trees? Any new information we dont know there?

Probably yeah, but he now has anyway. I just have way more understanding for what he did than Jaina and Vereesa.

You uh…blocked me after i started following your account? Not sure why.

Sorry I unblocked, there were a lot of new created accounts that started following me and I freaked out a bit.

I don’t want to get in trouble with Blizzard. I won’t be able to post a lot until the release date.

Nothing we don’t know. They say there are family trees but in the Kul Tiran blub with the houses they mention Jaina’s immediate family and that’s what they refer to.

I understand family trees to be actual family trees so that was a bit misleading. No insights into Vul’jin’s family tree, no mention of his son.

It also teased new cosmic charts but there are none just the original cosmic chart shown in Chronicle Vol. 1.

The new information on Mueh’zala’s page was the he chose Bwonsamdi as his successor when he fell out of favor with the trolls and Hakkar has a new title, Loa of Blood and Death. Previously he was the Loa of Blood but that title was usurped by G’huun when the trolls started worshipping him instead.

What are you talking about? If it doesn’t talk about the purge then I am taking the most recent version from Exploring Northrend/the ingame version. That the Blood elves were expelled for the most part and that Jaina only killed those who fought back.

Edit: just read this part HAHA, Vindication
