On my mage, I have every legendary except Third Eye of the Jailer. I bought a Chronicle of Lost Memories and tried to use the item, but nothing happened.
I’ve gotten the Third Eye of the Jailer through the Chronicle of Lost Memories on one character, about a month ago.
Lately, I’ve had several characters fail at buying/using the Chronicle of Lost Memories and had to resell it back to a vendor. One character can no longer open these at all. I don’t know what is going on.
