Which is exactly as the developers intended it to work.
Posting in the bug reports forum about something the developers chose deliberately wonât work. QA will ignore it.
Post a suggestion in a non-Support forum (like Quests) or use the in-game suggestion feature.
Itâs literally a feature for the pre-patch/TWW that Chromie Time now goes to level 70. You linked an article from 7 months ago.

If you have a link supporting that, you should post it.
But perhaps the real problem is that weâre not really in TWW yet. Level cap hasnât been increased, which would make increasing Chromie Time to 70 make sense.
Without explicit documentation, I doubt the devs would make Chromie Time available for max-level leveling. They have always insisted the final several levels have to be done in the current xpac content, and I know of no intention to change that.
But you really donât have to convince me. If QA understands the same thing you believe, theyâll forward your report.
Itâs what was announced. You clearly have not looked at all features or else you would not have immediately cited a 7 month old article that was clearly intended for Dragonflight. Thanks, though.

I came here looking fr answers because Iâm also confused about how Chromie Time works now.
My Paladin was level 61 when the pre-patch was released yesterday. My Legion quests turned grey when I hit level 61 and stopped offering experience. I assumed that if I waited until the pre-patch was released that these quests would turn back from grey to yellow and begin to offer XP again. This was NOT the case. These quests are still grey. With this in mind, I donât think you can currently use Chromie Time to get to level 70. I now assume that this change will happen when TWW is released because I really doubt that the plan is for players to level 1-60 in Chromie Time, 61-70 in DF, and 71-80 in TWW. That being said, the pre-patch is supposed to be the time to level up alts so I donât understand why theyâd do it this wayâŠ
Yeah, if this is intentional instead of a bug, then itâs a crummy intentional decision.
Now would be the perfect time to allow players to prepare for TWW by leveling in any expansion they desire.
I am also experiencing the same thing. I was level 59 and I hit level 60. When That happened Chromie kicked me from the campaign. I shut down the game and logged back in. After I did that I spoke with Chromie again and I was able to reenter Cromie time. There was a popup that said I was able to level 70. So I started to level and I found that at level 62 I was kicked back out.

No heâs right it was a feature. Weâre supposed to be able to chromie time until 70. And as a matter of fact, until today, I was able to select timelines with level 60 characters.
edit: it had been activated on Wednesday morning EST and has been disabled as of 1pm EST Thursday.
Can confirm I tested it on Beta and PTR and Chrome Time works to 70. But it doesnât work on retail.

I was really looking forward to leveling my remaining level 60 alts now that I dont have to do dragonflight again. This sucks.
