I did Shadowlands in Chromie time, just finished all four zone campaigns and chose a covenant. I’m level 66, but now all the quests are low level awarding like 1,000 xp each. I’m too low to start War Within. Now I have to leave Shadowlands and do what? Dragonflight for 1.5 levels? Other Chromie Times like Outland allowed me to level to 70 before the quests became low level. Is this intended?
I haven’t heard of that happening - exiting Chromie Time when you choose a Covenant - and I don’t see anything about it on Wowhead.
So maybe it’s a new bug, recently introduced? Report it in-game.
At 66, you should still be eligible for Chromie Time in ANY expansion, so you should not be limited to Dragonflight to get to 70.
You can try checking with Chromie, and rejoining Shadowlands, and see if that changes anything. Probably not, but it’s something you can try,
Otherwise, I’d just choose another expansion from her.
