I have many level 120 (now level 50) character of both Horde and Alliance on a specific server, but I wanted to try out Exiles Reach to see the complete experience (I’d tried it in Beta already but with the placeholder cinematics). So I rolled new character, did ER, when I got back to Stormwind I let the Gnome show me to the Stable Master, Class Trainer Hall then the Inn, and then Henry came over and gave me the next quest to go see Anduin with no option to go see Chromie.
So I decided to head over there myself and she just tells me that I’m too busy over in Kul Turas to talk to her right now and I have no option to level in anything but BfA.
You have to do a little of the BFA intro. On horde side, once I take the ship and speak to Talanji then I find I can hearth back to Org and go talk to Chromie np. I usually just do the intro until I get to the inn to set my hearthstone and then take the portal back to the capital city and switch to whatever Chromie time I want to do.
In the future if you don’t want to be automatically put into BFA after Exiles Reach - do the Org/SW tour once you reach the end you’ll turn in the quest at the Commander/Warlord and then DONT pick up the new quest that starts BFA (I cant remember the name but it gives you a necklace as a reward I think) - just go straight to Chromie, otherwise you’ll have to do the BFA intro’s all over again.
