Chromie time is not scaling up monsters and NPCs in Coldridge Valley. They are all capped at level 10. All the other starting zones (Human, Night Elf, Dranei, Gnome) are working properly.
Still bugged a year later. Scaling isn’t working in Coldridge Valley even though the other newbie areas (Northshire, Shadowglen, Ammen Vale) have properly working scaling.
