I have two level 50 characters on this server but when I hit level 50, they are sending me straight to Zandalar as if I’ve never done it before. Anybody know if this is a known bug?
My wife and I are having a problem with chromie time too. Tons of max level toons on the server on both factions, we just finished leveling through Exile’s Reach and it’s not letting us take chromie time at lvl 10- she just says we need to finish what we’re doing on Zuldazar

Exact same thing, Chrome just says I’m already busy with BFA. I then tried to abandon the quest to meet Jaina at the docks but it won’t let me.

If you finish the intro to Kul Tiras/Zandalar you can start the timewalking campaign via the adventure guide. You just have to get to the actual main city first. 
Even once you’ve finished the Zandalar/KT intro quest and get the achievement, you may need to talk to someone in Org/SW to turn off the tutorial. Check the throne room for the npc from Exile’s Reach and see if they have a dialogue option for you- in Org, Warlord Breka should be in Grommash Hold if the tutorial is still active for you.
Yeah, I discovered this last night too. Apparently if you choose to start in Exile’s (which I did just to check it out), it automatically funnels you to BFA content. This wasn’t clear to me at all beforehand from what I knew of Chromie time.
