I’m almost finished with the jade forest quest line in Pandaria but I never used Chromie time to get here. I just picked up the Art of War quest in Orgrimmar. I don’t have any MoP dungeons so if I use Chromie, will that mess anything up and/or let me do MoP dungeons? Thanks!
It doesn’t mess anything up. The game records all quests you’ve done, so you’re not reset if you enter Chromie Time. You’re all good.

What Rhielle said and also yes you will be able to do MoP dungeons if you select it in CT.
