Chromie Time Leveling in Pandaria

I started in Pandaria level 10 and really loving it in Pandaria for the most part. Working through Jade Forest quest lines is a lot of fun. But I have a couple of issues with it and I hope it gets fixed.

  1. Halfhill Dailies are offered before you have the ability to fly. That’s a bit frustrating. When this xpac came out, you didn’t get access to the dailies until you reached max level and could purchase flying there. Don’t offer quests I can’t complete.
  2. Not sure why, but chat doesn’t work for low level toons in Pandaria. I can’t use any of the normal channels, like /1 General. Settings are greyed out. Not sure if it’s a mechanics thing/legacy issue.

I vaguely remember being able to talk to the flight master in Halfhill to get a ride up to the top of the cliffs. I may be just conflating the one “fly around and drop stuff” quest, though.

I don’t ever remember seeing that, but ideally, that would be a great solution.

I wonder if the chat issue affects other Chromie Time areas
