Chromie Time Legion No Quests to start

I chose Legion for my warlock to level through but when I get to Dalaran there isn’t any quests to start like before. The only thing I have been able to do is get my first artifact weapon. No campaign quests to the zones. If I remember from the initial launch in to Legion, Khadgar was there to give the starting quest but he isn’t in Chromie Time. There isn’t any quests on the board in Stormwind either. I haven’t switched out of Chromie Time and back in because I don’t know if that will erase the progress I have done already.

I am lost as to how to start the questlines. Will it show up after I get all my artifact weapons? Very confused.

After you get your artifact weapon, the next few quests are to set up your class hall (Dreadscar Rift). Once you’ve done that, you’ll get a quest to use your Scouting Map to select a zone to level up in.
