Chromie Time, getting kicked out of whatever expansion youre questing in at level 50 needs to be removed asap

Seriously who thought this was a good idea? Not everyone is in such a rush to get to max level at the expense of so much content.

And then when you’re in the middle of a questchain, what do they think people are going to do “well I just spent 20 hours questing here but now im level 50 so who cares im done, time to move on” thats really lame. Hope this is removed soon, only seen negative feedback on this subject

ummmmm. They did. There’s an option to stop receiving XP and continue questing if you’d like. There’s a blue post about it somewhere.

I took myself out of Chromie time as soon as I finished the Druid class hall at 48. But you can freeze your XP if you still have things you want to do. The person to do so in Stormwind is in the keep in the map room. The person in Orgrimmar is in the Valley of Honor at the top of the building where you see trainers. They both are stealthed so might be hard to see.

I was flying back to turn in a quest thst was gining me an upgraded belt. I didn’t make it back bbn in time and got kicked out. When i went back the belt was 20 levels lower.

I love chromie time but it should be a yes/no button not a too bad button

You can do those quest zones outside of chromie time, you know…right?

Then you 1 shot them. I like playing as if they were level appropriate. 1 shot is boring

If i want to spend months in a challenging nagrand wod then i should be able to.

If you freeze at 49 you lose your 50 talent

Then level a character without using chromie time at all?

Then turn off exp, as was suggested.

I think the OP is specifically referring to the bit where you ding 50 and then get an uncancelable one minute timer that teleports you to your capitol city when it’s done with the countdown, which is annoying for sure. Just let me finish this questhub without having to jump through portals and flight paths to get back, y’know?

someone who doesnt play the flipping game, for sure. No reason whatsoever not to let 50 be the last level OLD content…ie not being kicked out till 51.
Ive heard the joke excuses and knighting for this crap…but it shouldnt have been this stinking problematic.

yeah…that was an afterthought. Originally you couldnt lock exp and use Chromie Time. Had we not tossed a fit about that they’d have left that joke like it was too.

riiiight…so dont queue for dungeons…half the fun content…gone.
its at pointless, stupid set up.
Just let us finish level 50 BEFORE kicking us out of CT.

ahhhh gotcha. Well for now at least, 50 is as high as it gets. I imagine once you port out, you can just run/fly back to the area can you not?
