Chromie time broken?

Is Chromie time broken? I can select an expansion I’d like to play but when I click the “select” button nothing happens. Also no portal in the Stormwind portal room is functioning except the Valdrakken portal.
I’m on a level 22 dracthyr.
Am I missing something? Am I supposed to level on the dragon isles (which I will not!) because I’m a dracthyr?

Edit: I managed to choose the Dragon Isles from Chromie and now all zones scale up to lvl 71 and most portals work except the ones to Kul Tiras, Pandaria, and Broken Isles. Still no idea how to manage to quest in BfA.

Edit 2: Okay, I found the quests for Pandaria, Legion, Draenor, and BfA. They’re at the Hero’s Call Board.
Problem solved but the whole Chromie timeline stuff is kind of confusing right now.

I had that same issue, where I’d click, and nothing would happen. I just had to re-talk to her, and it worked.

But I just learned something horrible myself. Even if you’re well below level 71, like at level 68, you simply cannot re-enter Chromie-time if you leave. STAY IN.

Even though Chromie says you can time-walk from levels 10-70, it’s not true. If you’re in, you can continue to choose different campaigns, but once you leave, you’re out for good.

They really, really need to fix this.
