How do I get past this?
What are the requirements a player must now, spontaneously, finish or finalize to be able to utilize Chromie the way she’s always been able to be utilized?
I mean, it’s not something they can answer. Support Forum Agents aren’t devs and have no say in how the game is made. Devs wanted Chromie time to be cut off at X level, so that’s what they did.
Clearly you want that to change, so the best way a Suport Forum Agent could help you is to move this to an area of the forums the Devs visit for feedback. They do not visit Customer Support forum itself so you were essentially talking to a brick wall about even the possibility of things getting changed.
Edit: Also, nothing is stopping you from doing the older content. You won’t be at level, but it’s still physically all there.
I was asking how I get past their requirements to be able to utilize Chromie Time again, Something a support agent has every right in the world to answer.
"Hey, yeah, we see you would need to do X Quest chain to remove the limitation we input on Chromie for you to “Experience the Radiant Song”
As in if a level 80, wants to go experience certain expansions. You sometimes have to use Chromie to be able to set up that expansion.

At level 80 you cannot access Chromie time at all. It cuts off about level 70.
You can start the other expansions by talking to the NPCs or utilizing the Warboard, depending on the expansion. Google/WoWhead can help you locate the starting quest chain as it’s different for all expansions.
To be fair to SFA and myself, I had no idea you were asking how to start other expansions. Your post is worded a bit oddly for that request. It looked like you were asking for Chromie time to be implemented for all character levels.

I’ve been able to utilize Chromie to start previous expansions Questlines for a long, long time now at max level.
Only recently have I been hit with this “Go experience the Radiant Song” thing.
Either you were experiencing a very strange character specific bug or you were mistaken. Chromie time stops at level 69-70 (little wonky with the levels there) and will not let you change after that point. You get booted out to the current timeline, which is TWW.
There is absolutely no way for a level 80 to access Chromie time, no matter what you think may have been happening recently.
Well, my mind must be failing me then. Either way. It should be open to all players, regardless of level, if they wish to experience another expansion as a Quick and easy way to be like “Yup, I’d like to experience X” and if they use Chromie then sure, everything is leveled up to them. and this “mistake” could have been clarified by the customer service rep, instead of shutting down my Customer support question to be relegated to the masses instead.
Add the requirement to complete the Storyline Campaign in TWW once (Like unlocking classic Flight) to be able to utilize Chromie for all leveling, from 10-80. Or provide 0 Experience past level 70.
Just to be clear, this thread would have always been relegated to the masses. Customer Support isn’t the same as traditional out of game customer service. Support Forum Agents can and do chime in, but the vast majority of the support over there comes from other users.
Just wanted to clarify, I know I was confused at first too about what that forum was for.
