I have done Chordy’s dailies every week since release and have been casually doing a few more each week to try to get the crap to drop but to no avail.
This is getting ridiculous!!!
Just port up to the primus statue and farm there. You should be able to get it in under 10mins.
Where the hell is “primus statue” Zone/Coords?
btw: I have looted over 400 shattered memento in the last 3+ hours…

you can also go up to the necropolis (I’m not in game, and don’t remember the name of the portal. zerekkar or something)
I ended up just using the portal up top to the seat of the primus (bleak redoubt) and after 4 hours of grinding, it finally dropped… O.o
