To the people using gatekeeping as a trojan horse to push RDF, yes, you are a “victim” of gatekeeping.
Idk but I like to invite unpopular specs to my groups to help people out because I’m basically doing 60-70% of the damage anyway.
There’s no reason to vet for normal dungeons…no reason at all.

Ohhh geez 
I did 9 nexus runs last night and over half of them were with the same group. If a 68 was in my group it would be sooo less optimal. And less optimal in 2022? That can’t happen.
You really should consider your own advice on not leaning into personal attacks. Maybe they’d happen less if you didn’t open up discussions with them.

Nobody is STOPPING you from making your OWN group.
That’s why I stick to only guild grouping. I don’t want to interact with certain people & personality types in the game any more than I do in RL & that is the only way to filter them out of my gaming experience & avoid seeing the endless, toxic LFG channel dribble.
My question is this. When you’re posting your group in the LFG - are you stating in the note section “not carrying, come geared with T6/SWP”? The dungeons are incredibly easy and I can tank them with goodwill gear and every healer I have had so far hasn’t flamed me for it.
The minimum level for the dungeon is 68, is it not? What’s so wrong about bringing someone and helping them get some decent gear? It’s not like you need to have gigachad DPS to clear the place. But I get it, I’d rather you remove me from your group than play with people with that mindset anyway.

I do this, but of course I can’t force other groups to do that, and it would be nice if they did.
and no one would be forcing you to use RDF either if it was implemented.

The real heart of this issue is that apparently some players are being really weird about instances. I mean, make whatever choices you want about who you play with, I’m not your dad. I’m just saying, there is not currently a single non-heroic dungeon in classic that requires any level of segregation of players between “trash” and “non trash.” You could beat your keyboard with your cat and finish these dungeons. You don’t need to be such little weirdos about this stuff at least at this state of the game.
I thought my wife was joking when she said people were doing gear checks for regulars and then I saw it in chat. My lord.

Reality would force them to use it, because its better. Like most people, their principles will go out the window as soon as RDF exists.

It wasn’t any different in TBC… Ramps had its T3 only groups because people are spamming dungeons for levels.
A difference of 2 lvls can go a long way, they’re not in it for a race but a marathon.
