I’m not good at picking classes so I thought I’d ask for advice here! I missed the original classic launch, so its nice to be able to get the chance to experience it again but I’ve run into a bit of a problem. I just can’t decide which danged class to pick so I figured I’d ask more experienced folks if they can help me choose based off my preference!
I really, really enjoy helping other players out and being ‘useful’ to a group so I’m kind’ve torn between a Priest, a Mage or a Druid. Which one of these do you think sorta best fits that vibe of helping folks out?
The best part about being a Druid is no guh-nomes.

Druid is the ultimate support class.
Also nice cause you get to chill and not worry about being the number #1 dps or heal so play some wow, watch some videos and you’ll being doing 90% of the job of a non distracted Druid.

Druid is hands down the best class IMO. The utility and versatility is unmatched and it’s just fun.

Druid you will feel unique. Priest you will feel wanted. Mage you feel nothing.

Mage does great dps, but there will be a lot of competition. Priest is a great healer, if you want to heal you can’t go wrong with priest. Druids are not the best for raiding, if you want to raid a lot, I would pick priest over druid. But if you want to do a lot of solo open world stuff then druid is best.
Priest.
Don’t listen to the druids, all you’ll end up being is subpar in everything and rejected for all content. And you’ll be forced to heal anyway, so you might as well roll a better healing class.
If you want instant invites for any dungeon and easy raid spot, priest is always a solid option.
Nothing in classic is difficult enough to be worried about that.
I played Druid in classic in 2019 and was never denied a spot.
Y’all are silly.
Vanilla paladin is the best class design in the history of the MMORPG genre.
Priest is a healer, druid is a bit as good healer, with flex tanking, mage is a AOE god who can play the game solo. No debuff limit does make druid a lot stronger than before though.
Fact, at least on the priest part. You queue up on the dungeon finder tool and get a inv a second later lol
