I will add that I submitted a ticket and it told me to report the bug so I will bump it again. 298 still showing 68 for me.
I wanted to socket this item too and couldn’t, even tho is a season 4 item, it says “That item cannot be modified” when I try to use Fated Matter Fractalizer

Bump. Just got this neck at 304 and wooo 74 dmg. it had better proc every second.
