I hate how I cannot enjoy frost DK at all this season cause not only is its dps lacking, but we are forced to take probably the worst and most useless ability in the game, Chill Streak. DW or 2H its just terrible, does less damage than Frost Strike, the CD is too long for something that is so weak, only thing this ability does right, is to waste my bars space.

I wish the tier was built around Breath of Sindragosa, I hate this ability too, but at least it does dmg and you can have it last for 4mins if you do everything right. I want Chill Streak just gone, removed from the game. There were reasons why almost all builds since Talents came back avoided this ability. It’s straight up terrible, we didn’t ask for this, we don’t want this.

Per bounce? Sure. Per global spent? Not even close.

It can definitely feel underwhelming to press because the animation is very subtle and the per bounce damage feels insignificant. The tier set has definitely made it feel better to press gaining %dmg increase and cdr. But currently it’s optimal to press on CD and not align with pof, which feels weird since you generally want to juice up your pof window.

I think chillstreak could have loads of potential of it were rethought about how it works within the kit. But yeah I agree, without tier is a bit underwhelming.
