And soups can be drinkable like a beverage, say like water or a smoothie.
So that means chili can be a drink!

Not really. A hotdog bun is a sliced loaf of bread that has meat placed in it. Tacos go on tortillas.

One does not drink cereal immediately. One drinks cereal after the cereal is gone and there’s just milk left. I believe this is the same for chili. If you wish to drink it, eat all the chunks, then drink what’s left for maximum realism.
Hot dogs are both sandwiches and tacos.
