yeah… At least I try, to others like you who seem to not make an effort at all or ignore in another case, who think that it is not their time, because it does not belong to them.

It was a better game. Today, and for a few years now, the woke version of wow is not as good. By every metric except pay2win MTXs, the game is not as good as it was when it was actually untouchable. Can’t believe we’re pretending it wasn’t the biggest game in the world, and for every type of person. 
So obviously, the right people for the jobs were hired in a time long past.
Ask the wotlk returners why they left SL a month or two into the bait and switch of wotlk continuation marketing. Ask anyone who took the FFXIV exodus. Literally ask anyone, or read anything about how WoW is doing. It was good, when the right people were hired. Now it is not as good. 
Already covered that. It doesn’t matter which way you twist the words that were used to promote hiring for talent and merit- you cannot apply them to hiring for looks, plumbing, orientation.

So as that’s written, I believe you’re wrong. There are many of us players who care very much about the people who make this game and their welfare. I care that I’m playing a game and the people who make it are being treated well.

Nah, just as someone who views the role of child rearer / housewife / house husband as one that is tremendously undervalued, comments like white supremisists like keeping women doing these roles is kind of offensive.
I see your point if you hold no valid in what those roles bring to the world in general, but I value those roles. I have even done my best to do those roles well and just saying I am genuinely proud of putting others needs before my own - especially those that can’t take care of themselves and those I see as my responsibility and those I love.
Pie is only better than cake because cake has been kept out of the conversation. We need to create a new role to ensure cake gets a seat at the table and no we are not trying to make sure cake gets the % of the population it is, just that it gets the chance to live it’s best life.
BTW - this new role will be a failure if cake doesn’t reach the % of the population it should be.

Because I am a male chauvinist pig that mostly still believes in chivalry and that men should do those jobs. Kinda why I worked 2 full time jobs when my ex DECIDED SHE WANTED to be a stay at home mom.
I am so evil I still hold doors open for women and occasionally some men. I even try to smile and be pleasant to women and men, not just the nice looking ones I want to sleep with 
obviously it should be for the welfare of the employees of this franchise, that’s what they wants us to see.
But within the reality of an abusive ego because are wants us to realize that everything is made of roses until it has thorns.
It’s no use anymore because in the end those who won’t care much, are the shareholders who see that I lose money, and believe me that the 10.0 for the hype that is feeding AGAIN to the stupid youtubers about an new expansion of doubtful prosperity and that the same thing is thinking that this time it will be the same in previous 2 expansions (BFA and Shadowlands), there still does not know that it can be a bad thing that a good at the moment that the trailer shows the following week.
Tell me, and worst of all, no one asks why you are anxious to change the expansion?
if you want diversity, there is even worse for Blizzard while with a hypocritical pride, it shows around the corner an MMO with the aspect of South African mythology and the best that we will have NECROMANCER with a diverse culture (yeah, this WoW Warlock fan player are wanted us).

More or less, the fact is a challenge more than anything to understand another language that does not belong to me, and at the same time I also try to correct the errors of the translator apart from the fact that each state of the USA has a different idiom or way of speaking English which The fact makes it more difficult for you to understand me.

You do not have the actual application, performance and hiring data to make any credible claim as to whether there is some magical meritocratic past where Blizzard only “hire[d] the best person for the job.”
There is, however, actual information in the form of court documents and journalism, as well as anecdotal reporting from current and past Blizzard employees, that strongly indicates that hiring and promotion at Blizzard was very likely not based on the the best person for the job.
But you’d have to read that. And if you haven’t by now, when will you, exactly?

More or less just poking fun at the outlets that claim that the Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer is somehow going to save Blizzard game development.
Spoiler alert: she won’t. This will have little to no impact on the game.
I personally like to see Blizz just mass hire a bunch of creators/dev/IT works or whatever the heck they’re called.
I understand Blizz needs to undergo so reforming and restructuring, and they’re going about at…whatever rate that means, but more women/non-binary people does translate into a better product. Blizzard has such deep pockets that they can quite literally afford to hire on so many people for QoL improvements.
If the company behind No Man’s Sky can resurrect their game, then Blizzard can do it.
