Turning in 100 chett lists and becoming employee of the month both require chett cards. Turning in 40 every day for 1 full week gives you employee of the month and turning in 40 gives you 1 extra chett list above the weekly lockout to earn that achievement.
Currently though, they have a less than .5% drop rate from Undermine mobs in Undermine and in Delves. That is atrocious.
I’ve completed several 11 delves, normal LU, some H LU not one single chett card. I have 23 in my bag from after turning in my first two. Now, I can’t get anymore. Also, my brann is stuck at lvl 60. Any idea why these are occurring?
Only key Delves give Brann exp.
It has to be Bountiful Delves.
Did the drop rate change last week sometime? Because somewhere (probably here) I read that you could do Tier 1 Side Street Sluice over and over and certain mobs had near 100% drop rates.
So that evening I did a couple, got seven cards in two runs and I thought, “Oh, great, well, I’ll just do more of these soon.” But then next time I was in, I didn’t get any at all, and I assumed it was probably because it was a new week and they only dropped after you’d turned your card in for the week, but I guess that was wrong…?
At that drop rate, turning in 40 a day for a whole week would be annoyingly tedious, but doable. At a .5% drop rate, it’s mathematically impossible.
Something for alts to work on at the dead end of the patch.

I’ve found that the drop rate for cards is almost non-existent if you haven’t yet completed your freebie list for the week on the current character. Averaging about 10-15 cards per Sidestreet run on T10 (to guarantee 4 Nemesis packs) once I fulfill that requirement.
I’m interested in seeing proof of whether the OP’s method is the true way to get Employee of the Month.
I’ve never seen one drop. I was starting to think it was just flavor text.
The tier 1 delve thing doesn’t work anymore. Do it on like tier 4 and the drill guys drop a card each, among other mobs dropping them. I attempted on tiers 1-3, no dice. Tier 4+ worked.
The drop rate is terrible especially for so many achievements attached to it.
I turned in 1 list every day this past week and did not receive the “Employee” of the Month achievement. May I ask how you came about that information?

You don’t have to farm them daily, could have just stocked them up. I’m sitting on 280 cards because I was waiting to see whether this theory played out to be true. Like I mentioned earlier, if you are eligible for the drops (meaning you’ve done your freebie list for the week), Sidestreet Sluice on T10+ is the best source for drops.
Did you do this starting Tuesday of the reset and ending the following Monday?
I have 200ish chet cards mostly from Market Research grind groups. Not even sure what to do with then tbf.
Yes. On Tuesdays I complete and hand-in the free weekly list. I continue to turn in a completed list every day until the following Monday. I post the results over here each week.
