So I’m trying to do old content for pets, mogs, etc.
In Karazhan (Burning Crusade Version) the strategy for chess is to grab your warchief, Leave the warchief and swap to the warlock, and then destroy the enemy team.
I had an incident where my warchief despawned when I left him, then I grabbed a grunt, and he despawned when I left him, then my warlock when I left him… essentially leaving a piece despawns that piece.
With my warchief gone the other team has no win condition and chess continues forever.
I then left the instance and came back to reset chess. 20 Minutes later the ally pieces continue to stand there, medivh continues to cheat, etc… There is no possibility it could end because there is no win condition, and it apparently doesnt reset.
I came back a week later and the exact same thing happened.
I came back then on my DK and had this happen again.
It is currently bugged out for the fourth time for me.
