So when I looked at the official Blizz post, the mount is sort of like a dark grey / dark silver mount with purple glowy lights. But when I go to the Trading Post, it shows a bright gold chess board mount instead.
Are those two separate mounts? If so, where can I find the dark grey / silver one?
The purple one is the monthy reward. The gold one is bought with tender.

I keep thinking of checkers with the black and red one.
It should have been a queen instead of a rook on the board. I’m flying diagonally and my immersion is broken.
I guess you could say the queen had a… CHECKered past!
