Hoping the team sees this, I was directed by GM “Iqehwisoga” to come here and post about my keg not being granted despite having the achievement(s) completed to receive it.
I checked my item restorations in case I deleted it, it was not there. Almost everything for Timerunner is completed, and my other rewards were granted. But not the keg.
I have proof that It’s supposed to be granted, as my achievement’s lit up on my list, and the transmog isn’t in there, and they could’ve just sent me my item. But to extend this for as long as it has been is rediculous. I hope others aren’t experiencing this as well, it really is frustrating.
Here is my thread, but i also have the same problem, except i got the Chen Stormstout’s keg, but the reward i didn’t get upon getting the achievement is the “Muskaw Calf” with the respective achievement. Considerign those achievements are account-wide, there is NO WAY to “redo” teh achievement for the reward.
Not trying to necro, but I’ve got encountered this problem too and I don’t see much else online about it. I got the other rewards for getting the achievement, but not Chen’s Keg. I’m also missing the Halfhill Backpack for which I just got the achievement.
Did you ever get to a resolution for this? I’d like to get it sorted out before Remix is over…
Apparently logging out/in made the items appear in my inventory. Go figure!
I have the same problem, when I obtained the achievement I did not receive the reward. Do you think we will have help? It would be very sad not to be able to obtain this reward, since it is for a limited time…
I still have this problem as well, after 2 different tickets of being AI responses. My inventory was full and didn’t get added to my mail or appearance. 5 day wait time for each AI response, Blizzard customer service is ridiculously bad now. Watch the remix event be over and no way of getting the appearance again because of Blizzard customer service is too slow. The ticket says there is no “workaround solution” to the problem. Umm yes just mail me the item if I have the achievement. Problem solved.
After a few AI tickets saying I did not have the right achievements, I got in touch with a real human and was told they have a fix and are going to implement it on a later date. They were not specific so let’s hope it’s soon.
Hey, has there been any word about this yet? I have the same issue where I completed the “Tour Krasarang wilds” achievement on this timerunner but didn’t get the Keg item. Her bags were full at the time so I expected it to come in the mail but it didn’t. I’ve also logged out and back in several times but have yet to receive the Keg item.
I am also having the problem. Concerned with the fact that this is an achievement about to be unachievable I just leveled a whole new toon and farmed up the reward again.
I made sure to have 2 inventory spaces for it, but it gave me a chest and thread instead and then it was full. The Chen’s Stormstout’s Keg was not received.
Relogging doesn’t work and nothing in the mail.
Checked to see if all achievements were finished at least a dozen times.
