Hey all. Long story short I have no idea how computers really work. I’m looking for the cheapest pc that will be able to run the game smoothly in all aspects. Not looking for Max graphics or anything just want to be able to run the game with no problems. Please send a link with what you guys recommend. Hoping to spend 500 max. Thanks guys
Your post in Off-Topic > Games, Gaming and Hardware is ideal for this, as Tech is mainly crashes and install issues, not hardware recommendations. Though the recommendations for minimum are known and listed, I would recommend future proofing it for at least 2 years down the road as minimums likely will increase.

buy American made and make sure the company you do buy from has American based support, not off shore where english speaking is often difficult to understand. Nearly all computer builders make a low end, mid range, and high end, pick your game and tell your system builder what you want to play.
There is no computer on this planet that is American made all the components that go into it are made overseas. MSI and Asus have some pretty good pre-builts that are reasonably priced

You’re probably not going to find a computer that will run well for 500 bucks the memory alone in it is going to be the killer. You’re looking at more like 12 or 1300 dollars for a computer with a dedicated graphics card
