Truthfully the problem is you have a lot of cooks but no chef to direct what is happening. So that is why you have one cook working on class set bonuses that clash with recent talent/hot fixes that another cook conjured together.
Lack of coordination of communication between BlizZard employees themselves. Doesn’t help there is a lack of communication between players and BlizZard.
