Issue happens with all addons disabled. Is reproducible every login. Has occurred since the patch on the 23rd.
Upon login, all chat window filters are ignored for any chat in the “Other” category. Item loot, Currency, Creature Say, et cetera. All filters output to the General chat window regardless of their state for that window. Performing a /reload corrects the issue, which returns on next login or zone load requiring another /reload.
