Chat is Disabled and I cannot enable it

Looking at the notes on the this there has been movement, but I don’t know how close they are to a resolution. It does look like it may require a patch to implement, so with luck it may be with 11.1.0.

At least you know it’s being worked on. I hope the patch isn’t too far out =/
