Upon leaving any major city, all my chat functions become disabled, grayed out in the interface UI and everything. Entering a city they all re-enable.
I removed my addons and WTF folder.
This still persists. Chat reset did nothing.
Chat is broken in Azuna, High mountain and Stormhiem. I saw a report that it is also out in other areas. They said it is intermittent but it has been out for over a week for me. It is out all my chars.
