Chat Box not appearing

I tried 1. Delete CurseForge or WoW Matrix if you have them installed.
2. Close WoW if it’s still running.
3. Head to your World of Warcraft folder (look for -Retail_ or choose Classic if it happens there). (Shortcut: Right-click the WoW icon, choose Open File Location)
4. Delete these two folders: WTF, Cache.
5. Rename Interface to Interface.old (This keeps your addons safe but takes them out of the game temporarily for testing).

If you get an error while deleting or modifying these folders, just restart your computer to finish uninstalling CurseForge/WoW Matrix.

If that doesn’t do the trick or if you stumble upon any more bugs, we recommend filing a Bug Report
However, this did not work. I also tried a full reinstall and that did not work either.

Only thing that would persist through a reinstall is cvars. Try
/run FCF_ResetChatWindows()

If that doesn’t work, last thing to try is resetting your cvars to default.
