maybe this is a known issue, but none of my characters can be found on any of the severs

For me i can see the realms but it says I have no toons at all. Like the realm lists are all empty and then even if you click a realm the loading screen is endless and i have to close the game out

So same here

Same here. Initial log in stalls on retrieving server list but eventually loads, then the server list does not show character count on the realms i play on. Select realm, then get hung up on retrieving character list and character list never loads.

I am having the same issue. Takes forever to log in and my characters are all gone from the realm list

Same issue here, US-Thrall. Just a black screen with retrieving character list with a loading bar that never finishes. Meanwhile my guildies are on to grind keys with no issue. Love it.

They updated the banner and said theyre dealing with authentication issues. Retrying repeatedly worked for me after about 45 min

Same Here! No characters on any server. It appears as if I were logging in for the first time.

I’m still running into this issue, im just leaving it to load until something happens, or we can get an update on this.
