Every toon has the body and hair all black like its not rendered. Everything else is rendered like armor and face.
My realms list has no chars, and if I hit Medivh the screen acts like it’s loading but is blank 
there appears to be a known issue
pretty sure battle.bet client has a repair game feature in it, if that doesn’t work try reinstalling
