All my characters are missing from live.
I had copied them to PTR couple weeks ago and can see them on PTR.
However I do not see them on live, I’ve changed realms, created and deleted new characters, deleted my cache with no luck.
This should be on retail general not classic.

you are assuming for some reason she is talking about retail characters.
Which is stupid.

Why would a classic player post this in the retail forum?
Both characters are mine. My classic characters are still showing up. I miss clicked classic for group.

Well I got a reply on ticket.
"The connection issues are already being investigated and our engineers are working to resolve the underlying problems as fast as possible, it’s obviously inconvenient for all our affected players and we’re sorry for this disrupting play.
Rest assured that no characters have been lost, and once the issues are resolved characters will be once again visible and playable on their normal realms. In the meantime it’s worth at least logging into the realm where the characters should be as this can sometimes help refresh the list."

Well after several hours my retail characters are back from the void.
