…but only when they turn; going forward is fine. I’ve tried relogging, exiting the game and rebooting my computer. 2025 is off to a great start.

Yes, addons have been known to cause gameplay issues. This isn’t rocket science.

I had this issue and I surmize it had to do with the new helpful mech from Siren Isle, I had this VERY same problem after logging off but couldn’t confirm whether or not it is why. Just that anything new that goes on, tends to be the buggiest and only surfaces. The mech that you get to use during the storm phase of Siren Isle does use a much slower turn speed (Which you can rig with a console command). “/console turnspeed 180” is the command you’re looking for and use it. It should be the default turning speed we’re all used to, and always welcome to mess with it. I imagine certain aspects override this and might get a idea what will if you use right click and hold to turn and look around, if not, then this command should work.

right click. Keys A and D work but I’m not coordinated enough to use them.

And to be clear it’s the movement speed, right, not the actual turning speed that’s slowing down?

I noticed this too and was going nuts its exteremely slow when turning all of a sudden.
Reset my settings to factory and same thing.
Just saw another post though this is intended and perm going forward?

It ain’t just Blizz that does this.
Ever seen the .ini file of a Crashesda game? It probably has 100+ parameters, and only 20 of them are in the options menu.

Someone was complaining about this in Trade yesterday; no one knew how to help them. Looks like a setting was changed in error. I don’t use those keys so I did not notice but this is probably a bug.
It’s a bug. It gets changed when you use the new mech in the storm on Siren Isle.
