Hello, After I had to Tab out and close the game manually. When I logged back in none of my characters shows up now. I don’t know if this due the the servers or something else but I’m just very worried about losing my characters. I’m here just to make this post and hope someone from support sees it and help me out. To be honest ever since pre-patch, everything seems to be broken.

hello so i have an issue with my server stormrage i was able to play on it and at the end of my quest balance of power i notice at barber shop my form bear and cat wasnt there from that questline so i decided to shutdown wow and relog in and that’s when my server stormrage was not there anymore i need help i tried everything i could thx.
I’m missing all 38 of my characters as well.
Hello, Update time. When I login this afternoon joy, All was normal. But it didn’t last, not even 2 minuets ago; while I was logging out of one of my characters and on to a different one I got the “character not found” popup…wonderful. Now when I login It just like yesterday. Sent to the server select screen w/ no characters showing up.
Yea same here. Every single one of my characters across multiple realms are gone. WTF!!!
Just renewed my subscription and multiple characters of mine are missing. Mostly the ones that were max level when i left. Does anyone know what happened?!?
So, I’ve been off the game for a while, I’ve literally reinstalled the game and did all their “suggestions”, none of it has worked. Got to love that all that work is gone, because if this does not clear up soon/ever I am done. I wanted to play with my friends but I suppose there’s no better way to quit a game cold turkey than losing absolutely everything you’ve worked on for the past 10+ years since vanilla.
