I am stuck too, havent been able to log in for 2 days, most likely due to the 1000’s of bots killing 80,000 mobs per min at the starting area. Cant even complete the first quest due to a Hunter Bot there.
well freehold right now is i think considered DF content since its s2 m+ dungeon… but some days ago someone has started a thread about FH being problematic too… i think it started from there?? could be wrong… but it happened to me to: i was in a random/pug party getting ready to do m+ freehold and when we all entered the dungeon, i got disconnected… now about 5 mins have passed maybe more before i could log in again and i thought everyone has left cause i got dc’c but to my suprise we ALL got dc’d at the same time and were able to log back in… we talked about it for a solid 5 mins before we started the dungeon… so we did the dungeon right? finished it and all… but the real nightmare is just beggining for when i hearthed out of FH my character got stuck in a full bar loading screen. i Alt-f4’d thinking that would fix it but now… well go back to the top and read my original thread to find out what happened next

Oof - yeah - fair. I just am stuck in the mindset that FH is still BFA even though its in the current rotation. You’re right thought.
I was able to end task via the task manager. Wait 10 mins, log in and I loaded right into Freehold. Having it permanently stuck is annoying.
Though, as of this morning, this toon I cannot log into. 
which iirc, they were just in Val. My other toon on Val though I could get into…
I have the same issue and I am getting sick and tired of it, and trying to put in a ticket requires information I have no idea how to even locate. Seriously WHAT THE F…

the ticketing system is worse than ever… back in Legion you could simply just chat, yes live chat, with technical support about your issues and problems and they would help in real time but now… idek whats going on anymore

This is going on with all my characters in Valdrakken as well. At first I was disconnected, I tried to log back in, stuck on loading screen then a “you’ve been logged out” notice.
This is ridiculous, this is happening to multiple players. Blizzard, you need to reset the Valdrakken server. If not you need to fire who ever is responsible for this ongoing crap.
If this is a DDOS attack, not our problem. You are a 65 billion dollar market cap company. At this point if you suffer from DDOS attacks someone is not doing their job and need to be fired.

Being able to log into your character in Valdrakken does not mean the problem is fixed. Try to use the portals to stormwind or mythic areas (mine didn’t work). If you try to fly to loamm the tunnels are blocked and if you try to log out or exit game it doesnt complete the action. This has evolved into a huge issue they need to AT LEAST announce that they are aware of it.
They had the same issue when submerge abilities were crashing peoples DirectX and didn’t make an announcement on it. This is a big problem with blizzard right now, if there is a problem players need to know they are working on it or all faith in this game will die faster than it already has.

same issue here, my characters in DF zones are stuck at a full loading screen, characters in other zones work just fine

Same. Started this morning , still having issues 6 hours later.
I was hopeful this would resolve overnight but it did not. My druid’s load screen takes forever. Usually, it DCs me before fully loading. Occasionally I get in game. When I do get in game, dragonriding doesn’t work (can’t spend vigor), I can’t take portals, if I use my Dalaran hearthstone - nothing happens at end of cast, and I cannot be summoned by party members.
Having the same problem here. Dragonflight in general has been weirdly laggy for me. Though recently when I try to queue up for a dungeon I’m either stuck on the load screen forever or it let’s me into the party but doesn’t load me into the instance.
