Ported to Legion Dalaran after completing a M+ 10, decided to go over & turn in the ‘Whispering Felflame Crystal’ you get after completing the first dungeon from the weekly Legion Timewalking quest. Was going to have a look at the Legion Timewalking vendor only for the game to just stop working & having to do a hard log-out. I have been unable to log back in on that character, receiving the message “A Character with that name already exists.”

And now it’s happened on another character of mine. Trying to grind Legion Darkheart Thicket dungeon on my druid to get ‘Pure Drop of Shaladrassil’s Sap’ & now it’s all bugged out again like before. I wonder if the coders who work for Blizz ever tire of never being able to fix things properly…
I’m having similar game issues right now on my shaman on area 52 i think this server issues has been happening like all day, I hope they can fix the problems soon, I stopped timewalking because groups were having issues disconnecting, now just trying to do world quests on my character everything is experiencing same issues.

Same issue on my warlock on Azshara realm. Was at the profession table working on crafting orders and can’t click on anything. Force quit the game. Tried to get back on and got the “A character with this name already exists” error. Log into pally on Kel-thuzad and can’t access warbank due to it “being in use by another character”. The unstuck character feature is absurdly slow atm too. Support site is sssssoooo ssssllloooowww.

Got this bug in LFR. could not click anything in my hotbars, could not log out, could not do anything. if you alt+F4, you get hit with the “character with that name already exists” for like half an hour.

Same issue here - the game just stops responding, like I’m lagging, but I’m not. It’s just that nothing works and the only way to do anything is to Ctrl-Alt-Del and force the game to close. Not going to try anything else tonight - no point in wasting my time with this nonsense.
