So went on holiday for 2 weeks and came back to a character window pinned to the upper left side of my screen. As far as I can remember, this wasn’t a thing before, or, most likely I’m doing something dumb.
If anyone has a clue of how I can move the window, please let me know.
I don’t think the character window has ever been movable out-of-the-box. Do you/did you have an addon like MoveAnything installed?
I might just be remembering “Move Anything” when it was working. Ah well. lol, senility looms I suppose.
I am trying to remember how to find my addons. I know I did have them. But where!?!?
As in “what directory on my computer”?
Addons for Retail WoW are in an “Interface” folder beneath the install directory. For a default Retail WoW installation, that’s
C:\User\Public\Games\World of Warcraft\_retail_\Interface\AddOns
