Arugal is going to be a nightmare come TBC.

Will there be any free character transfers come TBC to help even out population?
I am happy to pay $34 to transfer, but not for 3 characters.
If I pay to transfer 3 characters, can you refund me the price of 2 character transfers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure how often Blizzard checks out these forums so I would recommend also posing in Customer Support and / or create a support ticket.

Your numbers are a little off too. My Remulos census data shows 4156 Alliance characters.
