Can you transfer a character from a server in Oceanic to a server in US West? I tried the free transfer option, but it appears as though I can only transfer to a PVP server. Do I have to buy a transfer in order to open up this option?
Bumping this - very keen to know if a paid transfer works.
Getting terrible lag on east coast (playing from New Zealand) and didn’t realise ping was better on west coast (which frustratingly is never mentioned re the server name / location).
