When I use it, it gets up to the accept or decline option “when you use this you can’t revert back”. I press accept, Then boom it freezes then refreshes. Once it refreshes that’s when it’s supposed to have a symbol next to the character you want to transfer… but thats not what happens. Instead when it refreshes it’s like nothing ever happened. My transfer token is still on the top right screen ready to be used and I can still log into the character I was trying to transfer. This happened before and I’m pretty sure it was “patched” out. So if this happened multiple times ether the people that work there don’t know what they are doing that this keep breaking after a update or ya got some spaghetti code like riot. And to submit a ticket is so tedious if none of the options deal with the topic you want. Like this would probably fall under technical problem but this doesn’t fall under one of the 3 options given, maybe “instal or patch problem”.
Uh no didn’t happen. I haven’t deleted my post, otherwise you wouldn’t be able to reply. Unless you are trying to say I’m going to delete it after todays patch (friday 12, 2025), but until that it’s staying up since I logged into my character deleted all the items in my bag except for the hearthstone and I checked the auction and my mail both empty. So there is no reason I should be having this problem other than it’s a bug.
Does the affected character own the house, try transferring ownership .
Actually that make perfect sense, you might of answered my problem now I have to wait till the servers are back up. Thank you. I completely forgot that was probably what caused it.
Im having the same exact issue. Transferred ownership and still nothing. the Realm i want to transfer to doesn’t even come up as a realm destination. Unless manually typed in completely and then it just says there’s a error with the Transfer.
UPDATE - I had to relinquish my house and the character transfer worked flawlessly right after that. good luck out there.
