4 days ago I purchased a character transfer. The transfer hasn’t happened yet and is still “pending”. On day two the character was “locked” and is now pending again. My ticket responses have offered no resolutions or explanations.
It isn’t a payment issue, I’ve been charged and given an order number. One ticket told me log in and check mail, but it won’t let me log in. It is frustrating but really I’d just like to know what’s going on as I haven’t gotten an answer.

Put in a ticket using the purchase failure path. A game master can help with that. Make sure to reference the old tickets and tell them what’s going on.

My last two tickets were using the purchase failure path.

If you do have mail, as the one ticket response you mentioned said, then the purchase will likely have to be cancelled and refunded.
Then you can log into the character and clear out the mail.
I would recommend re-opening one of your previous “Purchase Problem” tickets about this issue and add that you cannot log into the character.

Same thing here. Play cata classic. Ordered a character transfer over 72 hours ago. I did make a few tickets about this and they all said I had to wait for 72 hours and were quick to respond. after 74 hours i posted a ticket again and said that it has been over 72 hours and i havent heard a response still for 12 hours. It seems they were quick to tell me to wait 72 hours and after that nothing. it is still stuck saying Proccessing will take several minutes. If this is something I caused and which it probably is. I think i had a piece of heirloom gear in a bag i didnt see. I was understanding i messed up. but I thought it would be at least fixed after 72 hours :(. I have not got to play my main in classic for 3 1/2 days. i wanted to raid with a few folks this weekend on my new server and never got to. Can someone please look into this. I know it probably doesnt matter but I have been playing wow for over 20 years and have been a loyal customer for a long time. However I just feel like I am getting the run around and ignored. It is almost like as a customer, I am just annoying. Is there anyone at support that can help me please? I basically paid 25 dollars to not advance my character for 3 days.
The advice the MVP has said does not help because they told me to get back to them after 72 hours and were talking to me quite a bit till the 72 hour mark. now im almost at 90 hours and they havent responded to my ticket after 72 hours.
I have not got to play my main the whole weekend. I have a year subscription as well so they got me good.
I also used the purchase failure path as well.

There are no GMs on the forums unfortunately. That’s why it’s necessary to stick to the tickets.
I get how it can feel that way, but waiting on the ticket you have open is indeed the right thing to do. It does indeed suck that it’s taking that long for them to reply. Typically speaking, if you used the “Purchase Problem” option, those should be handled fairly quickly.
Beyond that, there’s really not a lot you can do. The forums are primarily for players to help other players and not a means to bypass the ticket system unfortunately.

I don’t want to bypass the ticket system I just want a dev to tell me they are looking at it after 72 hours, but 12 hours and no response nothing is not right. I did do the purchase problem from the get go. I am being ignored. simple as that.

There are no devs here either. Again, this is more of an information desk to help point players in the right direction.
Your ticket not being at the front of the queue yet, does not mean you’re being ignored. Waiting can be difficult when you’ve made a purchase like this. I totally get that. But you’ll still need to wait on your ticket.

My update, I’ve been told there’s a large number of transfers qued, and all I can do is wait. I’m just glad to finally have an actual answer.
