Character Transfer Bug? Wrath Classic 4/28/2024

I am trying to do a free characters transfer off of Old Blanchy (US) on Wrath Classic servers, but there seems to be a mailbox bug. I currently have no mail on ANY of my toons, and it is saying I am not able to transfer because of something in my mail. I have relogged multiple times, waited days, still the same issue. Even tried sending stuff via alts to sort of “reset it”, but nothing has worked.

If anyone has any tips, that would be greatly appreciated - Trying to open a ticket or contacting ANYONE from blizzard is about impossible these days.

Same issue here. I tried to delete and restore the character and now i cant restore it at all. Im pretty close to being done with this game totally. If this cant be fixed and Blizzard cant even respond then I can just delete the account period because this is absolutely ridiculous. paying $15 for nothing literally
