My character is stuck and I cannot get my character unstuck with the website service, it keeps telling me there is an error with the blizzard site. I blinked in a cave trying to dodge an attack and i feel through the map. When i try to connect back I keep getting an error. Can you please help get my character unstuck.

This sucks! I have limited time to play and the services they offer on the site don’t even work, and it’s impossible to get of hold of anyone to help you man!

It’s happened to me too, I shadowstepped a dragon that was close to a wall and now im falling through the map and it keeps disconnecting me when i log in and the move character service wont load 
wonder how long it will take to get it fixed : /
Same issue here… been trying to log back in for over 3 hours and still stuck falling through the map which d/c me within seconds every time. Tried every step they have listed on the support page with no success and the self-service option has been down this whole time. Opened a ticket with a 24 hour average wait time so guess I won’t be playing tonight, but fingers crossed that I can by tomorrow.

Same thing just happened to me. Blinked out of a cave in Azure Span and got disconnected while falling through the world. Instead of just killing me like usual, it keeps kicking me out. Figures theres still a complete lack of customer service and the link they just posted 4hrs ago on their Twitter doesn’t work.
You’d think since this is a rather serious issue affecting many people, they would be on top of it. But they aren’t, like usual. The customer service in Blizzard is some of the worst in the world.
it’s actually cringe… they post a broken link that doesn’t work for anyone… character stuck just gives an error.
I’m stuck in Shadow land I hit lvl 65 went over to help a friend and my Demon Hunter is there all I get is a disconnect now.
yeah, i think we’re screwed until we open a ticket and they help us… probably take at least 24 hours.
Blizz said there Dev fix this well if so they miss Alleria server
I waited about a half an hour and logged right back in. Not sure what that was all about.
