My character went under ringing deeps, during the server meltdown earlier, where everyone was lagging. Now when I try to log onto my death knight, “Agony,” I disconnect instantly with error code “WOW51900319.” I tried using automatic help, and i’m not getting any help. Character unstuck infinitely loads forever, sayin to wait as they process, but even after 2 hours, nothing changes on the screen. Both in game and on desktop. Can a GM move my death knight “Agony.”… This has been going on for hours, literally paying to not play. Also, I can log onto my other characters since they didn’t fall under the map
If the self service isn’t working, submit a stuck character ticket

Im having the same issue AND no HELP i did everything and still nothing i open a ticket and still waiting… its been like that for hours like it happen around 6pm
Thank you for this! Navigating to find this isn’t easily found. I looked around too, but every time it sent me to automatic character unstuck, which is also broken. I just submitted it.
It’s meant to be there for when self service didn’t work. The only way to find it is to go through the stuck character process on a character that you’ve already gone through the process for in in the last 4 hours.
The path you used to open a ticket matters for ticket wait time. Stuck character tickets are usually triaged higher.
Well thanks for posting it. I guess too many people are using the service, since it’s broken. That DK is the only char I play this expansion, so basically I couldn’t do what I wanted. Now I’ll level a rogue until he’s unstuck
