My character DC’ed and when i logged back in it was under the map and was just falling and eventually DC’ed again. Every time i log in it just DC’s. I went to support to unstuck it but it says something went wrong. I tried making a ticket for a diferent issue but it also said something went wrong. I could not find a way to make a ticket to get help with my issue. I currently can not play my main character. Any sugestions?

I am stuck in the same situation. I’ve been trying the character unstuck feature for 2 days now without any luck. I was able to finally open a ticket but I am getting the response of “disable addons and reinstall game.” I am not sure what to do in this situation but if you find out, please let us know.

My character is also stuck - fell through the world in ringing depths by one of the gates to the mines. I’ve been stuck for a couple days as well - the self service site crashes upon opening like the other posters & no responses to the individual ticket. Not cool this isnt getting any responses and for the self service website to be down for multiple days shouldnt be acceptable - especially this close to a launch.
Same exact thing happened to me. Can’t get help anywhere. Am I just supposed to forget the character that I put all my TWW work into?
Try waiting logged out at least 30 minutes.
There’s also a out of bounds tracking system for those who can’t login, but it takes a bit to kick in. If nothing else maintenance is scheduled in roughly 45, and you can try later.
Been logged out all night. The real question is why is their support service not working? And why can’t we get at least an acknowledgement of the problem?
Forums are not staffed around the clock, neither is Twitter which is monitored by cs moderators. Blue posts are not guaranteed.
If nothing else try putting in a ticket again, I did see another post stating tickets were going through sans errors
45 mins didn’t help. Better be getting game time for this.

Maintenance is done and still same problem - char stuck in wireframe under ringing depths , character stuck service not working and cant put a ticket in either as this just gives an error message aswell.
i find being unable to contact anyone at all in any way regarding this absolutely astounding for a company this large.
