My Character - SxlChocolate (Warrior) is stuck in the service entrance of Stratholme dungeon.
The screen just keeps flashing and it will not let me exit. It keeps saying must be Level 15 (I didn’t know that prior). It just keeps flashing, won’t let me leave.
I did already try a Character Stuck that was supposed to put me at a Graveyard, but it didn’t work and I was still in the same error state. I cannot use a hearthstone as well. It keeps switching between inside the tunnel and the dungeon load screen. and after about 5 minutes, it disconnects.
I tried over and over to open a ticket, but I am stuck in loops and never get the option to, just back to the Character Stuck Service, and of course, I cannot do anything for another 4 hours to try again (and fail again).
Trying to open a ticket and get support should NOT be this difficult!
I would like to play, hence why I logged in, and I don’t have the hours and time to continually try to be able to play on my toon.

Just for anyone else reading this and wanting to know how to get there: If you go back to the automated Stuck Character service and click the character that isn’t working, on the following page it will say you are not eligible since you’ve done it in the last 4hrs. On the bottom is says that if your character is still stuck to click the Get Help button to…get help. It leads to the ticket path above.
Yes it does. Selecting the character while self service is on cooldown will bring up this page. Clicking get help at the bottom will open the same ticket form Jeysca already linked.
It works for me, so something might be blocking it on your pc/browser. You can always try again later, but it sounds like the link itself was able to work for you.
