I’m going through all my alts one by one doing my 3 day crafts. However, I keep getting stuck on the loading screen. When I close the game and try to log into the character, I get the error kicking me back to the select character screen that says a character with that name already is logged in. This has happened over 20 times in the past 2 hours. I need help please!
I’m experiencing the same thing with several of my characters. Just gets stuck at the loading screen and then you get the error “A character with that name already exists” when trying again.
Workaround, because yeah it’s broken and has been for a few days, is to work on another of your alts for 4 or 5 minutes. Takes that long for system to recognize that the stuck character is usable again.
Having the same problem with my main. But yeah; this has been going on for a while. Was hoping it was fixed by now.
Yup just had the same issue again, gets to full load screen bar and then hangs and nothing happens, waited about 5 minutes then had to alt f4.
