So, I know someone who is currently dealing with this issue:
Blizzard Support - Newly Created Character Unable to Move on Boat to Exile’s Reach (battle.net)
He got stuck on the boat and was unable to move without his game completely crashing. He was unable to delete the character and restart because the character has mail. He tried removing all addons, logging out and back in, restarting the game, nothing is working. The only way he was able to move was by using the ‘Character Stuck Service’ which then put him on the island near the murlocs but without any quests so he is unable to continue. At the moment he is farming murlocs to level in hopes of a guildie being able to summon him off the island or just out-leveling everything and maybe finding a quest related way out? Help?
