I have a character that I tried to delete years ago. He is still on my character screen showing in process. Can’t log in, can’t undelete, and can’t unstuck. Submitted a ticket and got the response " go somewhere else and ask for help ". So here I am asking for some assistance getting this character unstuck-ish.

Any error, and did you try a UI reset?
The only error of sorts is when I try to log into him on character select screen " You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete. "
I initiated the process over a year ago. I’ve just ignored the fact that he hangs out in the list with the little gear icon. It’s not hurting anything that he is in the list, just annoying more than anything.
Sounds like the original ticket was placed under the wrong category, probably login issues, which likely is why you were sent here. I would try a billing direct issues, as that is what the error technically is. No idea why it’s leading to you not being able to delete. Your also not stuck, at all, so I would avoid using that term as well. Just state the character is locked due to a billing issue.
